Hey Rob King here with a review of my newest pre workout I have been testing called “Code Red” from MuscleMeds.
I actually didn’t give this product much of a chance going in because I generally hate big supplement companies promoted by Pros that are on bust, in this case Kai Greene (which I am not a big fan of his physique anyways).
But I have to say I was surprised by this product and it was really awesome!
Mixing : This product mixes really easily. I know a lot of people are super fussy about things mixing well. Personally I don’t care if I am swallowing chunks of powder, if it gives me a good workout I will take it! however this product was very easy mixing and not a problem to drink at all.
Results : GREAT Results! Good mood, energy, focus, strength and pumps were awesome! Much better than I expected. It didn’t give me the dizzies or crash that 1MR did which I was happy with, but I didn’t get that crazy sharp focus I got from Jack3d. But still overall awesome.
Side Effects : Very little. Well, compared to other products. Still had trouble sleeping at night, but thats a given when you take pre workouts at 9 at night :). I didn’t have the bad drop off I got from 1 MR, but also didn’t get that crazy good feeling I get from Jack3d. But I did find the pumps and energy to be great so well worth it!
Rating : I am going to go with a 8 out of 10. Great product, good bang for the buck, awesome pumps and strength, no bad drop off, easy on the stomach and no dizziness or nauseousness.
Rob’s Review – I recommend MuscleMeds Code Red FOR SURE SURE! Was much better than I expected and gotta say I really liked it! Going to try Carnivore for sure now!
